Go to Printing on Both Sides of the Paper (Mac) for detailed steps on how to load and flip the paper for your printer type. Add or remove a border: Click Layout, and then click the Border menu to select a border width or select None for borderless prints.

I don't have your exact printer, but I've attached a couple of screenshots that may help you locate the controls.
- Feb 15, 2013 First, after you select Print, if your selected printer dialog has a 'down' button next to the printer name, click on that to reveal additional print options. For most Mac apps, then click the Layout button to display additional options. On the LaserJet, the option is called Paper Feed, as shown below.
- 5 Selecting the Universal Print Settings. 82 Universal Print Settings Options.
First, after you select Print, if your selected printer dialog has a 'down' button next to the printer name, click on that to reveal additional print options. For most Mac apps, then click the Layout button to display additional options.
(If you're in Safari, when you select 'Print', the button you want for additional options is probably labeled 'Safari' rather than 'Layout')
On the LaserJet, the option is called Paper Feed, as shown below.
On my Canon inkjet, it's listed under Quality & Media, Paper Source...
Once you've located it and selected the desired option(s), be sure to use the Presets, Save As option to save your new settings as a Preset for future use. You'll have the option to save for ALL printers or only the selected printer. Because my printers are quite different, I always save for ONLY the selected printer, to avoid potential problems.
As you can see, I try to make my presets quite descriptive, because I have a lot of very specific settings for print jobs I use just once or twice a year, but year after year.

- Create a folder on a computer that the scanner can access through the network.
- Create a user account on the same computer for the printer.
- Change the sharing options of the folder so that it is shared with the 'scanner user', and assign full control of the folder to that user.
note:
It is important to complete the above steps before starting the remaining steps below.- In the printer's Embedded Web Server, select the Setup tab and then Scan to network. Go to DESIGNJET T2300 eMFP Series - Using Your Product, section Access the Embedded Web Server, for additional information.Alternatively, In the HP Utility, select the Settings tab and then Scan to network. Go to DESIGNJET T2300 eMFP Series - Using Your Product, section Access the HP Utility, for additional information.
- On the Scan to Network page, click Add folder details, and fill in the various fields.
- Server name should contain the network name of the remote computer.
- Folder name should contain the share name of the folder.
- User name should contain the name of the 'scanner user'.
- User password should contain the password of the 'scanner user'.
- Domain name should contain the name of the domain in which the user name exists. If the 'scanner user' does not belong to any domain, leave this field empty.
The server and folder names are used to connect to the shared folder by building a network folder path as follows: server namefolder name - The printer automatically checks that it can access the network folder. If you are unable to complete this step, try the following:
- Check that you have filled in each field correctly.
- Check that the printer is connected to the network.
- Check that the remote computer is switched on, working normally and is connected to the network.
- Check that you can put files into the same folder from a different computer on the network, using the printer's logon credentials.
- Check that the printer and the remote computer are on the same network subnet; if they are not, check that the network routers are configured to forward the CIFS protocol traffic (also known as Samba).
